Dr. Andrew Johnson

Dr. Andrew Johnson attended the Nova Scotia Agricultural College and graduated from the DVM program at AVC, University of PEI. Dr. Johnson initially started in a large animal practice in the state of Maine and then returned to Nova Scotia, working in mixed-animal hospitals in Cape Breton and Antigonish. He finds the circumstances of a rural practice are challenging but also rewarding!

The town of Antigonish and its surrounding area is a great community to call home. Dr. Johnson enjoys dabbling in some wood work at home and is known to bake cookies for the staff from time to time.
