Dr. Adele Veinot

Veterinarian
Dr. Adele Veinot grew up on a small dairy farm in rural Nova Scotia. Due to her keen interest in agriculture, she pursued a career in veterinary medicine. She completed her Bachelor of Science degree in Agriculture at the Nova Scotia Agricultural College in Truro, Nova Scotia. Dr. Veinot attended the Atlantic Veterinary College in Prince Edward Island and completed her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree in 2011. She joined the Antigonish Veterinary Clinic in 2016. Her professional interests include all aspects of a mixed animal practice, but she particularly enjoys the opportunities to build relationships with people in the community that she now calls home.

Dr. Veinot is proud of the development and growth of the Equine service since she started working for the Antigonish Veterinary Clinic. In addition to spending her free time with her family and her own animals, Dr. Veinot enjoys volunteering with 4-H since 4-H gave her so much enjoyment when she was a member.
